We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant with hands-on expertise in both ServiceNow and Jira Service Management Cloud to join an international migration project for a customer in Germany. You will be part of an agile team responsible for transitioning ITSM processes, CMDB and asset management capabilities from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management. The role is fully remote and requires strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach, and professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Jira Service Management Cloud

  • Design and implement permission, access, and configuration models

  • Support migration activities from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management

  • Manage and optimize CMDB and Assets solutions

  • Implement and improve ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Management

  • Maintain data quality, migration mapping, and configuration data

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in an agile project environment

  • Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with both Jira Service Management Cloud and ServiceNow

  • Experience with ITSM platform migrations, integrations, and data mapping

  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Assets, configuration management, and access management

  • Understanding of ITSM best practices and service management processes

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Professional working proficiency in English

  • German is a plus

Nice to have

  • Atlassian Certified ITSM Specialist

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  • Experience with Atlassian Forge

  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira Assets synchronization

  • Experience with asset lifecycle management and data governance
