Scrum master

Introduction

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile teams within a Slovak company operating in the energy and utilities sector.

Job description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile ways of working

• Support development teams in delivering project goals

• Remove impediments and help improve team collaboration

• Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and other team members

• Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience working in a software development environment

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Slovak language is required

• Based in Košice or Bratislava for occasional team meetings
