Junior Java Developer

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer to join an implementation team delivering a complex enterprise system in a manufacturing environment.

This role is not focused purely on development — you will work on system configuration, testing, integration, and troubleshooting, supporting system rollout and production ramp-up onsite.

• Support system implementation and configuration

• Assist with deployment of new releases

• Participate in testing (integration, system, regression)

• Identify and troubleshoot system and integration issues

• Collaborate with team members and business users during testing phases

• Contribute to documentation and basic technical analysis

• Support onsite activities during system rollout and stabilization

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Java

• Understanding of APIs / databases (SQL)

• Interest in system integration and enterprise environments

• Willingness to work onsite on a daily basis (manufacturing environment)

• Positive attitude towards automotive / industrial sector

• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
