M365 Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and independent Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across Germany and Slovakia. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of their projects, communicates directly with clients, and delivers tailored Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized IT solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies to meet clients’ specific requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.

• Assess clients’ existing IT infrastructure, analyze systems, and recommend improvements.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and related services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, including user provisioning, license management, mailbox configuration, and tenant reporting.

• Plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365 or hybrid environments, using automation to ensure consistency and reduce manual workload.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and migrations.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage client expectations.

• Experience in client-facing roles and consulting engagements.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different client environments.
