BI Specialist – Marketing Data (Junior / Medior)

We are looking for a BI Specialist – Marketing Data to support the development of marketing reporting solutions for our German client. You will work closely with a Senior BI Expert and contribute to building, maintaining, and improving Power BI dashboards and analytical outputs. This role is ideal for someone with solid foundations in BI who wants to grow in a structured and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards

• Prepare and transform data using Power Query

• Develop DAX measures under guidance of the Senior BI Expert

• Work with marketing and CRM data sources

• Support ongoing optimization of reporting solutions

• Participate in analytical discussions and gradually take on more complex tasks
  

The scope of responsibilities will expand based on your performance and development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with Power BI or relevant BI projects

• Basic to intermediate DAX knowledge

• SQL fundamentals

• Analytical mindset and structured thinking

• Strong willingness to learn and grow

Nice to have:

• Experience with marketing or CRM data

• Personal BI or analytics projects (GitHub, portfolio, etc.)
