Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support complex transformation initiatives for one of our clients in the energy and utilities sector. The role combines classic project management responsibilities with elements of change management, process alignment, cross-team coordination, and system consolidation.

Job description

• Lead and coordinate project activities across multiple business and IT teams

• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting

• Support change management, communication, and training preparation

• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders

• Oversee cutover preparation and execution with internal teams and vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects

• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Experience in transformation or migration projects is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and navigate complex environments
