Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d) with experience across the entire software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and team coordination. Job description

• Coordination, Steering and prioritization of development efforts for tools used by Software Engineers
• Technical concepts, implementations and quality assurance are a part of the role
• Interfacing between engineering teams in Košice and Vienna

Personality requirements

• You already have experience working as a Lead Software Engineer or in similar roles
• You have experience developing software in Java, utilizing Spring, Hibernate and UI frameworks such as Angular or React
• You are familiar with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• You have a good understanding of methodology, software test tools (such as Xray, Selenium, SOAP UI, Postman, Mockito), frameworks and current trends in the Software Quality sector.
• You are open to spending an initial period of up to 2 weeks being in Vienna to build up Know-How in the domain of aviation IT systems and getting to know your colleagues
• You have good English and German language skills (written & spoken form)
