Our client is looking for a proactive IT Support to provide exceptional L2 support for over 500 end users in a multicultural environment. You will work in a team of ten, located in Košice, and you will handle on-site issues, ensuring smooth operations across multicultural workspace. What will you do?


  • User Assistance: Provide support for a range of hardware/software issues (For example printer problems, login issues, or authentication).

  • Ticket Management: Use the ServiceNow ticketing tool to handle incidents and requests.

  • Issue Resolution: Address user-reported problems by resolving tickets.

  • Asset Management: Receive hardware orders, handle hardware lifecycle, and manage inventory.

  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Support new employees and temporary office/construction site users and prepare equipment for onboarding and assist with offboarding processes.

  • Mobile Device Support: Provide support for iOS and Android devices.

  • User Application Support: Provide user support for various applications with the knowledge obtained through internal knowledge base.

  • User & Device Management: Manage user accounts and devices trough Microsoft Intune, SCCM and AAD.

  • MS Office Suite Support: Provide support for Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams).

  • Security Support: Ensure basic security measures and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.

  • Hardware Installation: Install new equipment and prepare new spaces with necessary hardware (monitors, mice, keyboards).

  • LAN/Network Support: Provide basic LAN and network support, including cable patching and new network device installation.

What distinguishes you:

  • Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2).

  • Experience: at least 3-4 years in IT support.

  • Technical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Driver's License: Required for on-site support at various locations.

  • Customer-Oriented: Excellent at addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
