We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Polish speaking team and take care of the customer located in Poland.

Job description

The position is suitable for junior applicants and the main responsibilities are:

  • Processing of the RFQ from the client
  • Procurement of goods and services
  • Contacting existing vendors
  • Tracking Purchase Orders and delivery
  • Payment management
  • Price and payment condition negotiation
  • Administration and purchasing order management

Personality requirements

  • Even though the end client is in Poland you need to speak also Slovak and English as there will be communication with the international virtual team

  • Basic finance knowledge (purchase order, invoice, etc.) is an advantage

  • Standard computer (office) skills are required, experience with procurement is an advantage

Information about selection process

  • We are hiring for our client that has a branch in Kosice, you will have 3 colleagues in Košice and the rest will be international

  • The workplace is in Košice
